Join us for a weekend Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat in the heart of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park in the picturesque town of Killin. The retreat will be held in the incredible house at the Bridge of Lochay (Formerly the Bridge of Lochay Hotel). The house has recently had an extensive renovation and boasts an incredible riverside hot tub, sauna, games room, library and so much more.

A restorative weekend

The weekend is packed full of incredible activities including Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Sound Journeys, Walks and so much more. The weekend is about you and you can come along to all sessions or dip in and out as you please. We have exclusive use of the facilities, and we are within walking distance of the breathtaking Loch Tay. All meals, snacks and activities are included so you can immerse yourself in self-care and reclaim some inner peace.

Escape to the scenic beauty of Killin, for a weekend of a combination of classes from Zen Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, Mindful Walking & Fire Ceremony (weather depending)

approximately 10 hours of classes and activities split over the weekend.

All the activities are suitable for all levels of ability, are included and are all optional. There is also plenty of free time to sit back and relax in the hot tub, sauna, library room, games room or sitting room. Additionally, you can explore the scenic beauty that Killin has to offer.

The weekend is a perfect blend of activities, to help you feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Designed to recharge and reset your mind & body, in the serenity of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park.
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & snacks with hot drinks in the afternoon and evening- all meals are vegan (in-line with the traditional Buddhist and yogic principles). Special dietary requirements / food allergies may possibly be catered for, please discuss before booking. Please note, food will be prepared in an area that may not be free from your allergy (there is no separate allergens area). Please discuss with us, prior to booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING POLICY
It is your responsibility to read and understand our booking & cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, nobody books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel insurance once you have made your reservation.

 

COVID POLICY AND COVID CANCELLATION POLICY*

* We strongly recommend you have travel insurance which covers COVID (even if in the UK).

Your safety and well-being are paramount to us during your stay. The property has comprehensive COVID-19 cleaning protocols which are adhered to prior to your stay at the property.​​ All non-personal equipment will be sterilized between sessions. Please bring your bring your own mat, bolsters, yoga blocks for hygiene (as these will not be provided).

With the ease and free access to lateral flow tests now available in pharmacies, we ask all students to take a Rapid Flow/Covid-19 Antigen tests prior to coming on the retreat. If the result is positive, please do not attend the retreat and we ask that you seek a refund through your travel insurer.

The Government rules in relation to COVID are constantly being updated and are therefore subject to change.

Please ensure that you have the necessary personal insurance / travel insurance in place to cover you in case of covid, illness or cancelled travel plans, even for UK retreats.

If you develop COVID symptoms while on our retreat, please ensure you have Rapid Flow/Covid-19 Antigen tests available (you can get these for free from UK pharmacies). If your test is positive, you will be quarantined away from the group and we will ensure that you are well looked after until you can get home.

 

In the event that you are unable to attend the retreat because of COVID, proof of a positive test is required from Test & Protect / Track & Trace, we ask that you seek a refund through your travel insurer. If you do not have travel / covid insurance, then please see the RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY (WHERE NO TRAVEL INSURANCE*) section

If a retreat is going ahead, but you decide to cancel due to covid or personal reasons, our normal cancellation fees and timeframes apply (see RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY)

If government guideline is such that the booking is no longer legally permitted, we will either offer a full refund, or offer a change of date.

PAYMENT POLICY
Provisional bookings will be held for a period of 7 days and confirmed upon receipt of deposit. After the 7 day period, the provisional space will be released if no deposit is received.

DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Positive Change Yoga Retreat.
“We” refers to Positive Change Yoga Retreats.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
It’s highly recommended that you have travel insurance for the retreat. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant travel to and from the retreat in order to protect you if anything untoward was to happen. Please ensure your policy covers covid, in the event you need to cancel due to covid and see our covid cancellation policy.

PAYMENT POLICY AND INSTALMENT PLAN – Please note that if you fail to pay on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will forfeit your deposit. Please note, there is an additional cancellation fee (£50 fee per person to cover card fees and/ or admin)

Additional payments can be made at any point or bookings can be paid via a standing order to help spread the cost. However, payments must be paid in line with the above payment policy and please quote your Booking Reference Number with your payment.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY (OR WHERE NO TRAVEL INSURANCE*)

If you need to cancel your reservation more than 75 days before the scheduled retreat date, you will forfeit your deposit. Please note, there is also a cancellation fee (£50 fee per person to cover card fees and/or admin).


If you need to cancel your reservation between 74-46 days before the scheduled retreat date, you will forfeit your deposit and 50% of total retreat cost. Please note, there is also a cancellation fee (£50 fee per person to cover card fees and/or admin).

 

If you need to cancel your reservation between 45 days or less the scheduled retreat date, you will forfeit the total cost of the retreat (including your deposit and any money paid). Please note, there is also a cancellation fee (£50 fee per person to cover card fees and/or admin).

 

If you need to cancel due to a positive covid result, please see our covid policy section.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

 

We are NOT responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as travel tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

 

There is no exemptions to the cancellation policy, including weather or personal emergencies, travel cancellations, covid or delays. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to cover any eventualities.
